Most of you have probably seen Kanye's directorial debut in the musical/ short film Runaway. I love that it was poetic and Kanye is a lyrical/imagery genius..but I felt that he was trying tooo hard to be "artisitic" but the mind of Kanye has so much going on that he probably has to put everything down. Selita Ebanks was great as the fallen phoenix, and kuudos to her for her acting skills.
My favourite part of the whole film (which made me laugh) was the scene where there is a feast and they place a dead turkey in front of the pheonix and she goes nuts! Her form changes and her wings expand- Sooo beautiful!

Fayreform is a British lingerie brand that caters to women with sizes 32-40. C to J cup. Their collections consist mainly of full cup bras, 3/4 cup, balconette, bandeau bras and moulded bras. They beautify their bra with delicate embroidery, lace, velvet and satin "made to be seen straps".

I love the primrose pink coloured bras in the collection; they look very soft and feminine.

What I love about Fayreform is that they have not compromised style by giving the bras thick ugly straps that are in my opinion an eye-sore! More and more I am learning about bras and the most important lesson so far is that bra straps are not the support of the bra - the sling part with the cups and hooks (foundation) is the support. The straps are there to raise the breasts. Many women use the straps as support which causes back pain and grooves in their shoulders (mynippon.com). If a bra is well made then there is no need to have humongous scaffolding for the bra, its ugly and not sexy!

The band around the body should bear the weight of your breasts; not the shoulder straps.

The Bbyckz team understand the importance of a good bra, and that is why we are dedicating a lot in terms of time, money and research to creating a collection of bras that we would love wear ourselves and would happily share with others that are plagued with the same issues we faced growing up.Why is it when you have big breasts, design and overall sexiness is compromised? Why do the smaller cup sizes tend to look trendier?

We want to create a collection that speaks louder than words, and cant wait to show the world our creations. As a team, we both bring different elements into the lingerie business and this is what I believe will make us successful (In Jesus name).

BEAUTIFUL! Sarah Burton has done a fantastic job in taking the reigns after Alexander's unfortunate death. She has managed to keep the brand true to itself after all she worked with McQueen for 15 years so its no surprise that she knew what direction to take and how to deliver!

Style.com describes the collection as a "Earth-Mother-ly spirit" and like all McQueen designs there is a fantasy/fairy-tale feel and amongst the deconstructed tailoring and feathers, the four outfits that I chose above are my favourite. I just love the bra bodices and the immense attention to detail is mind blowing.

Long live McQueen.

Im probably the slowest blogger in history, but I spotted this on youtube the other day and I thought I'd share.

Apparantely people went crazy in America and thought the ad was "too sexy"..even with one Fox newscaster going as far as saying its disgusting. It was eventually BANNED from TV! Absolutely ridiculous!

How can this be banned when ads like this are aired all the time...:

Is it because the model is curvier it is an issue? Big girls are sexy, but on TV they are not?! Or is it just a publicity stunt?

The theme was definitely frills, ruffles and skin at the Julien McDonald show. Love the collection, because its given us what lingerie should be- SEXY! It gives the models a slight innocence and sexiness with the softness from the colour combinations as well as the light fabric and frills.

Zac Posen call his lower-price collection (Z spoke by Zac Posen) *FASHION-TAINMENT* and I can see why...tons of colours, prints, shapes, ruffles, structured outfits, lingerie as outerwear...amazing! I just love how me make dressing up fun for his youthful clientele.

There are some very sexy pieces in this new collection by Ted Baker. But I feel like they could have done better with this- after all it is Ted Baker; their clothes are always so good. The only good thing about the collection is that the bras are affordable at £20 a pop....not bad, but once again cup size is so limited and only goes up to DD. So A+ for price and a C+ for choice and client range.

The embellishment (above) is absolutely beautiful. I love that there is so much focus and definition on the bust and shoulder, which style.com describes as "hardness and fragility" . I have noticed that a lot of the looks have higher waist, allowing the outfit to just drop and emphasise the female form.

I love this minimal look! The dress is streamlined and disciplined which defines the figure of the dress. Simple glamour and somewhat romatic as well!!

One thing that I love about A.McQ is his use of colour with shapes- truly breathtaking stuff. This cocktail dress is so simple yet there is also so much to it.

Love love love! I just die when I see this! Great red carpet dress and power dress! The embellishment and draping and the tightness at the waist!

Dont pairs a lace top with bralet and camel leather trouser. (The top half is ok, would have been nicer if she wore a cute leather black pencil skirt)

Do wear a dress that has bra cup detailing

You dont always have to wear a bra that matches the details in your dress (Subtle is sometimes better!)

Do wear a oversized boyfriend shirt and add a lil sexiness by showing your bra or Do mix a printed corset with a printed skirt (it doesnt always have to match! Dare to be different!)

She's become a lot more curvy since having her baby, and the weight looks good on her. I love this editorial as it has this latino vibe to it and it looks like it has been shot in a favela (maybe, maybe not?!) giving it a very rustic and raw vibe. She is prob playing a woman lusting after her lover, hmm they are not married and maybe he is. Although there's nothing *KA-POOOW* about this shoot, the lingerie is basic black with lace trimmings (nothing we have not seen before) but sometimes simple is the best...but im sure the price tag is whole different matter!

The MIMI HOLLIDAY collection by Damaris is described as the "ultimate in fun and flounce for Spring/Summer 2010". My favourite is the leopard print, as it does not look trashy or tacky like most leopard print bras I see, and thank God the designers did not feel the need to add hot pink details to the bra.

The design of the black triangle bra is interesting. Triangle bras are not underwired so they would provide no support for those that are a C cup and above I would think. BUT it looks so comfy because it is not lined and the jet black lace looks so delicate and soft.

Really old ad! But I love how innocent she looks and the combo of the bustier, curly hair and red lips is defo a ode to the pin-up look...They defo knew what they were doing when they chose her for the campaign.

Scarlett is defo a big boobs small back girl (34 DD) (we are practically the same size) but all the pics I see of her it doesnt look like she wearing a bra! Hmmmm! Well of course she is! I think she is wearing a plunge push-up bra or maybe the u-shaped bra in this pic (below) which I never really thought would suit/support girls with bigger breasts properly..might give it a try. How she managed to stay in this tight Valentino dress without the girls busting out is a miracle!

LOVE IT!

Lingerie IS the only thing that we as women can say, YES! only we can wear for soo many purposes..FASHION, SUPPORT, SEXINESS, COMFORT, CONFIDENCE, PRACTICALITY...etc....
Its sooo important that you love the lingerie you wear as much as the clothes you wear. There is nothing wrong with treating yourself to a gorgeous silk bra, or that t-shirt bra you have always wanted to try to see if it really does what it says on the box.
Your body is YOUR temple, so you should invest in it......truuuust me, the better the bra (not entirely based on price)...the sexier ur boobs are gonna look.

As a big boobed girl, I have felt the pinching and digging @ the skin and droopping of boobs...and at times I have unintentionally paid homage to the JPG cone bra. I am yet to find a bra that fits without flattening my boobs because it is the only way to support them, giving me triangle-syndrome (yess i just made that up).....so its was the reason that we started Bbyckz...to create bra's that FIT without compromising the SEXXAY!!! Not just us, but girls with the same stresses and frustrations.
This rant could go on forever!

The gowns are hot, the makeup & hair is fabulous...but my mamma always told me its whats inside that counts! The lingerie is a key ingredient to every outfit, and it can really make or break the most beautiful & expensive gowns. As always at the Oscars, the celebrities brought out their big guns and here are our favourites, and the bra's they might have worn.

Rachel McAdams in Elie Saab Couture Spring 2010 collection.

I love the soft/faded colours on her- they really suit her complexion. The draping on the bodice and ruching make this full length chiffon gown more glam. The perfect bra for this gown is a ultimate strapless like the one below by Wonderbra. This bra is perfect as it is sculpted & elastic so one doesn't have to worry about nipple alerts and sagging, plus its smooth and clean finish makes it virtually invisible under clothes.

Sigourney Weaver in Lanvin.

I love it when older women dress appropriately and not try to re-live their youth in their outfits. The draping and the red looks fabulous on her, with the encrusted jewels on the shoulder and the always fashionable bow that gives the dress an empire waist line. The perfect bra for this outfit would be the Wonderbra Multi Plunge Bra, as one can adjust the strap in the direction of cut of the dress, and still get the full support you need.

Elegant is the only word that justifies how fantastic she looks. White is such a hard colour to pull off as it can either drain you of all colour or make you look like a bride, non of which has happened in this case. The plunging neckline and front split of this dress give her a touch of sexy without going over the top. She has kept on trend with the shoulder pads and minimal jewellery. I would suggest wearing a Fashion Forms U-Plunge Bra which is perfect for wearing with tops/dresses with plunging necklines.

Kate Winslets in YSL.

Very statue-esque in this strapless metallic dress with a fitted bodice that cuts at her waist so perfectly. Not a fan of the bottom of the dress as I feel it could have been more fitted or had more draping, or something to make it POP more! But who gives a shizzz when she's rocking a 2.5 million doLLA necklace from Tiffany's (bitch!..haa) & nonetheless she looks beautiful. I would suggest wearing a bra like the Felina Hint Of Skin strapless bra because it is seamless so that it doesn't affect the structure of the bodice, and also because the bodice looks pretty snug on her, its providing her with extra support.

Miley Cyrus in Jenny Packham.

How old is she? 16/17?? However old she is, she is dressed appropriately for her age. Notice a BIG trend? Remember inner wear for outer wear?!? The metallic champagne colour of the dress suits her, and I love that she pulled her hair up and wore little jewellery with this look. The D&G inspired corset is perfect for her because she has small boobs, but the cut gives her a lil more ooomppf. This is perfect for ladies with smaller boobs, as you can probably get away without wearing a bra.

Zoe Saldana in Givenchy Couture Spring 2010 collection.

First things first, the colour! The shadow-dyed transition in colour is spectacular and the designer has given us almost 2 dresses in one. From the crystal bodice to the flamenco inspired gown. The layers upon layers of tulle made this dress one of my favourites, because not that many people could pull off this couture gown. Whoever is dressing her-BRAVA! Hmmm, Zoe isn't exactly top heavy so i would imagine that she could get away with not wearing a bra, but I would suggest maybe wearing one because the dress looks heavy which might pull the top half down a bit. The perfect bra for this type of dress is the Hanro Sensual Bandeau Bra, as it is seamless and thin, plus its perfect for women that have smaller boobs but need something to cover up the nipples and give you a lil more ooommppf in that section.

Diane Kruger in Chanel Couture Fall 2009.

This seasons nude trend looks great on Diane. Since this dress is a low cut & backless and the fabric makes it hard to hide any nipples, the perfect bra would either be the 'Very Sexy' 100-way bra (1) by Victoria Secret or the Fashion Forms Seamless push-up "Nu" Bra (2).

Elizabeth Banks in Versace.

The fabulous dusty-blue/gray colour and ruffles of this dress adds to the softness and gives her a look of old Hollywood glam. I love this dress, and I think I would look great on any complexion. The best type of bra for this is one that falls low on the back and front, but low enough to give the perfect amount of cleavage. I would suggest the Wonderbra Ultimate strapless bra as it has been made to give you a fabulous cleavage and support.

The Kardashian for bebe Fall 2010 collection (limited edition) is highly anticipated in the USA, and as I was browsing through a sneek peek of the collection on nitrolicious.com, I noticed that they had this:

I love the leather bralet/corset! It has turned a very basic hoodie dress to something more high fashion. I think this dress would look great on anyone because the leather bralet cinches in at the waist, giving you a more defined shape.

I really do not like the styling (eurrgh..those shoes!) and the choice of models for this collection! The Kardashians have done nothing but talk about the fact that they are "real women" with boobs and ass! so why cant they have models that represent the so called "real" women that they are..hmmm?! Found a pic of Kim wearing the dress in the pic above, and how much better does it look. They should have just modelled the collection themselves.

In typical Kardashian style, the key colours of the collection are white, black and grey, with some blue outfits thrown in the mix. I love the collection and you can defo see that individually have designed parts of the collection that represent their own personal style. Overall the collection is simple and sexy and affordable!!

This has to be the most innovative bra, I've seen in ages! The Limitless bra by Diamond Boutique (owned by Frank Lampards baby momma) took 12 months to make! It comes in parts, including 2 cups and a selection of straps that gives the wearer the power to create thier own *DIY* style bra! I think its a great idea, and its soo cheap (£16) for what it is! Imagine buying all the different types of bras and all the money you'll spend. They will be available in size's 32-38 A-D. The designer states that her bra is a must have garment for every lingerie drawer & that "These days fashion is so experimental, it’s often a hassle finding the right bra for the right outfit, any girl will tell you!"

The bra is now available for purchase in Tesco.

La Senza has stepped up their bra game and introduced G cups to their range of bras! And of course Bbyckz had to give it a try!

We did every test that we could do: running for the bus, stretching for something above, bending down..and it failed all tests! :(

Our model said the bra was uncomfortable and the fact that her Bbyckz didnt sit well in bra did not help!

This trend is here to stay!! With celebs like rihanna and lady gaga making them their staple fashion pieces..the sale of bralets & corsets has gone up a whopping 70%. According to WWD British women are raiding intimates departments for intricate corsets to wear to parties!!!! Wear them with jeans, shorts, leggings, skirts...EVERYTHING! They can make a simple outfit edgy & fierce! A bangin figure would be ideal, but if you've got lumps here are here, you can wear one with a sheer top over it (like fefe dobson below) and *voila* instant GLAMIFICATION!
