RUNAWAY
Most of you have probably seen Kanye's directorial debut in the musical/ short film Runaway. I love that it was poetic and Kanye is a lyrical/imagery genius..but I felt that he was trying tooo hard to be "artisitic" but the mind of Kanye has so much going on that he probably has to put everything down. Selita Ebanks was great as the fallen phoenix, and kuudos to her for her acting skills.
My favourite part of the whole film (which made me laugh) was the scene where there is a feast and they place a dead turkey in front of the pheonix and she goes nuts! Her form changes and her wings expand- Sooo beautiful!

Fayre-est of them all?
Fayreform is a British lingerie brand that caters to women with sizes 32-40. C to J cup. Their collections consist mainly of full cup bras, 3/4 cup, balconette, bandeau bras and moulded bras. They beautify their bra with delicate embroidery, lace, velvet and satin "made to be seen straps".
I love the primrose pink coloured bras in the collection; they look very soft and feminine.
What I love about Fayreform is that they have not compromised style by giving the bras thick ugly straps that are in my opinion an eye-sore! More and more I am learning about bras and the most important lesson so far is that bra straps are not the support of the bra - the sling part with the cups and hooks (foundation) is the support. The straps are there to raise the breasts. Many women use the straps as support which causes back pain and grooves in their shoulders (mynippon.com). If a bra is well made then there is no need to have humongous scaffolding for the bra, its ugly and not sexy!
The band around the body should bear the weight of your breasts; not the shoulder straps.

Follow the Lima | Vogue Spain June 2010
She's become a lot more curvy since having her baby, and the weight looks good on her. I love this editorial as it has this latino vibe to it and it looks like it has been shot in a favela (maybe, maybe not?!) giving it a very rustic and raw vibe. She is prob playing a woman lusting after her lover, hmm they are not married and maybe he is. Although there's nothing *KA-POOOW* about this shoot, the lingerie is basic black with lace trimmings (nothing we have not seen before) but sometimes simple is the best...but im sure the price tag is whole different matter!
